More Pictures from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic US Congress Members

Development blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island among the photographs.

Additionally included in this recent document drop is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had formulated development schemes to transform the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool.

Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is covered in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing various areas of the estate.

In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, featuring plans for boat shelters.

More materials made public as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
